Paragraf is redefining graphene deposition and device processing. We develop solutions that are plug and play with existing semiconductor infrastructure. We do not use metal catalysts for growth, nor do we use a transfer process. All graphene is synthesised directly on-wafer, and is processed using industry standard techniques.
Paragraf works with customers to bring a wide range of products to market, including magnetic field sensors, ion sensors and graphene RF electronics. Our vision is to further develop 2D materials solutions to underpin future computing.
