Paragraf is proud to be named a finalist in the Business Innovation category at the Huntingdonshire Business Awards 2025, recognising our development of the Graphene Molecular Sensor (GMS) — the first commercially available, mass-produced graphene field-effect transistor.

Traditional sensing methods are reaching their limits in sensitivity, speed, and scalability. Our GMS overcomes these challenges, enabling real-time detection of ultra-low concentrations of biomolecules and chemicals. It’s built using a proprietary, contamination-free method to grow graphene directly on semiconductor wafers, making it scalable, reliable, and compatible with existing manufacturing processes.

This breakthrough is already making a global impact. From accelerating early disease detection in partnership with medical innovators like Archer Materials and TachMed, to supporting real-time environmental monitoring, the GMS is helping redefine what’s possible in sensing technology.

We are honoured to be recognised for our work and look forward to continuing to lead the future of electronics—from Huntingdonshire to the world.
