With a diverse technology career spanning over 25years in semiconductor manufacturing and R&D. This included Lithographic teams in the UK and US, across 200 and 300mm substrates and leading Lean activities.

Further to this, Gary was developing new materials on Glass and Flexible substrates and additionally managed software development projects using AGiLE Methodologies. Gary has a PhD in Laser Physics from the University of Hull.
