Paragraf Ranked Among UK’s Most Innovative Startups by LexisNexis
SOMERSHAM, England [11 February 2026] – Paragraf, the Cambridgeshire-based global leader in the commercialisation of graphene-based electronics, has been named one of the UK’s Ten Most Innovative Startups by LexisNexis.
This recognition is testament to the strength of Paragraf’s intellectual property standing and unique ability to manufacture next-generation electronic devices with graphene and other two-dimensional materials. Inclusion in the rankings is based on LexisNexis’s Patent Asset Index, a proprietary metric that reflects the value of a company’s patent portfolio, combining the portfolio’s size with the technological value and geographic scope of each of its patent-protected inventions.
By evaluating that quantifiable measurement of innovation for leading private UK companies founded since 2010, this analysis identified the ten UK startups whose patent portfolios have the highest values, providing an objective view of which startups are leading innovation across Great Britain.
