Recently, we released an application note describing the process for depositing pyrene on Paragraf’s GFET-PV01.
The use of pyrene derivatives to modify the surface of sensors similar to the GFET is a common process for functionalising the surface, allowing for the deposition of inert materials to which target molecules will attach in sensing operations. The application note provides step-by-step instructions on the process for applying these derivatives on the device and guidance on the appropriate selection of solvents for the GFET device.
You can purchase your own set of GFETs at the Paragraf Store. If you have questions or ideas about how the GFET may be employed in molecular sensing applications, please get in touch at [email protected].
