This week, businesses across the UK have been observing National Apprenticeship Week. Apprenticeships allow young people integrate themselves into the working world, either at the end of their educational career or while they pursue higher education and qualifications.
Apprentices have been a key resource for Paragraf as we have given a number of young people their first professional opportunity. Several of them have been kind enough to contribute blog entries to explain how they came to become apprentices at Paragraf, what they do here and how their time with the company is influencing their future career paths:

Last year, Paragraf earned recognition for our apprenticeship program when Kamal Ellis-Hyman of Aim A Little Higher visited our Somersham offices to record an episode of the Early Careers Show. Kamal interviewed, among others, Jamie and Harry about how they have used their Paragraf apprenticeships to spark their professional careers and further education.
